Robin Giles MSN, FNP- C is a nurse practitioner with over twenty five years of experience in women’s healthcare. She is an advocate for the well-being of women in all stages of life. This book is a reflection of her deep commitment to helping new families thrive. She currently lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband where they have raised two children.
 
Dr. Joy Subrin is a Doctor of Behavioral Health with over twenty years experience in women’s health.  She is passionate about promoting wellness, destigmatizing mental health, health equity and helping people navigate complex emotional landscapes.
